The Meleia Sanctuary

You don’t have to find your way through this alone.

I don’t know what brought you here today, but I’m really glad you found your way.

I remember loving my baby so much, having people who loved me, and still feeling far away from myself. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. I’ve been there, and so have so many other mothers.

I can’t promise when things will feel easier, but I know they can get better because I’m living proof. There is help, and you deserve it.

Live Guide support is not yet available. Meleia is in development. Everything on this site today is self-guided reading you can use privately, at your own pace.

Practical help.

Maybe you know you need help, but saying it out loud feels hard. These reads can help with the words for your doctor, the wait for an appointment, or asking someone to take care of dinner and check on you, too.

What Meleia is working toward

Someone to write to, in time.

I remember needing someone to listen to the same worry again. That’s part of why I’m working toward peer text support that would be free to mothers, with trained Guides who are paid for their work and available during scheduled hours.

The plan is for hospitals, health systems, insurers, grants, and organizational partners to fund it, not mothers. That funding isn’t secured, and the professional review and preparation still need to happen. Enrollment and live Guide support are not open.

If you’d like to know more, I’ve shared what I hope this support could be and what still needs to happen before it opens.
